Question:

The five minute sample video fails to work well on my system.

No sooner than I access the audio and visual, it stops (freezes). This happens time after time ... it runs for 1 or 2 seconds and stops. Activate it again, and it runs another 1 or 2 seconds and stops. This just goes on and on, so I cannot listen to the 5 min. sample (since it stops every 1 or 2 seconds).

I hope this will be addressed.

When you click on the "sample video" link, the file should download to your computer and then starting playing.

If the file starts playing immediately, then stops and starts, try right-clicking on the link (Mac users ctrl-click) to force your computer to download the file before it attempts to play it

If you cannot get the sample video to work, we do not recommend that you purchase downloadable videos.
