Nuggets from "Judgment Day: Islam, Israel, and the Nations" by Dave Hunt

It takes little research to learn that Muslims have their own peculiar meaning of words that enables them to sound peaceful when in fact they are not. For example, to "prove" that Islam is opposed to terrorism, the following quote attributred to Muhammad in both the "Bukhari" and "Muslim" hadiths is used: "By Allah, he is not a true believer, from whose mischief his neighbors do not feel secure." Yet Muhammad's neighbors couldn't feel secure—he might have them murdered at any time, especially if they were poets or Jews. Nor could the neighboring villages or passing caravans feel safe from his attacks, not even during Ramadan, a time fo peace for pagans! Muhammad's words sound assuring , but they clearly have a special meaning. Neighbors could only feel confident of peace if they submitted to Islam and didn't antagonize its dictator-Prophet.
