You may change your email settings when you are logged into the website:

1. Click on "edit" at the top of the website.
2. Click on "my notify settings"
3. Make sure both "Notify status:" and "Notify new content:" are set to "Disabled"
4. Be sure to click "Save Settings" at the bottom of the page.
