If you are trying to modify your email settings and have arrived here, you need to log in [0] first.

If you do not know your username OR password follow these steps:

1. Click here [0] to request a new password (link opens in a new window so you can come back to read the instructions).
2. Fill out only your email address.
3. Click on "Email new password".
   
4. Check your email program for a message with the subject "Replacment Login Information..."
5. Click on the link in the email, you'll be brought back to our website.
6. Click on the "Log In" button.
7. Edit your user preferences, be sure to note your username and type in a new password if you want.
8. Important! Click on the "submit" button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
