Question:

I unsubscribed by mistake! How do I resubscribe?

Answer:

If you have accidentally unsubscribed yourself, it's easy for you to correct the mistake. Here's how:

1. Sign up again using the "Join our email list" box on our Daily Updates [0] or Newsletter [0] pages.

2. Find an old email from us and click on the "Update Profile/Email Address" link at the bottom of the email.
   

After doing either "1" or "2" you will see the following message:

"You are already a member of the Constant Contact mailing list. If you would like to update your profile please click Submit and instructions will be emailed to you."

You must click Submit, then click Update Profile in the email you receive next.

After you select which lists you want to join, you will receive another email in which you must click Confirm Subscription.

We made a major change to how we send email updates in November of 2007.

The most common comment we heard about the old system was, "it is too hard to unsubscribe."

Interestingly, the main complaint we have received about the new system is, "it is too easy to unsubscribe."

The new system does make it easy to unsubscribe. If you click on the "SafeUnsubscribe" link at the bottom of an email, our system will not let us send you any more emails. Remember, if you remove yourself, even accidentally, from our mailing list we cannot reinstate your subscription, you must do it yourself using the steps outlined above.

This is a feature of the SafeUnsubscribe system and is for your protection.

Clearly, we cannot make everyone happy all the time. We plan to continue with this system, so be careful to unsubscribe only if you want to!
