Hunt, Dave

In contrast to that of Muhammad, Buddha, et al., who could only offer codes of ethics, Christ’s perfect life condemns all mankind and shows that we are sinners who cannot possibly live up to God’s standards. Moreover, Christ did what none of the founders of the world’s other religions claimed to do or even dared attempt: He died for our sins and rose from the grave in triumph over death. Christ’s grave is empty—the graves of all of the others are occupied and may be visited by their followers.

"Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him."
