Food

  Turkey/Provolone sandwich w/ garnish & condiments on the side-chips-cookie

  BBQ Hamburgers-Chips-Cookie, Water- Unsweetened Tea- Coffee

We are not charging for food!  Everyone who is attending the conference is invited to the meals.

There will not be a Saturday barbecue like we've had in the past since there will be more food opportunities at the Conference.

Drinks

• Feel free to bring your own drinks (and food if you want) to the conference.  Water, coffee and tea are welcome in the main room.  Please enjoy your food and other items outside.
• Coffee, tea, and water will be provided throughout the conference.
• Calvary Chapel has a coffee bar with other items, including coffee drinks and smoothies for a charge.  The coffee bar will be open Friday from 8:45 - 9AM, and 11:45 - 1:30.  Also on Saturday from 8:45 - 9AM

Seating

There are at least 200 seats in the main room.  At this point all of those seats are taken.  We will make every effort to include those signed up for the overflow area in the main room.

The overflow area is right outside the main room, and includes audio and video.

There is a grassy area outside the church where we will provide audio of the conference, and perhaps video.

Children

Children are welcome inside the main room.  Please note that we will be recording the conference. If your child needs some space to run, there is a grassy area in back of the church with a playground.

Conference Bookstore

We're trying something new this year.  We will be offering almost every product we offer at bargain prices.  There is not room for a bookstore "this big" at the church.  You may shop by phone, on our website, or by filling out an order sheet at the Conference.  Conference prices will be available to you for the whole month of August.  When you sign up for the conference we'll send you details!

Why aren't we at The Riverhouse again this year?

The Riverhouse could not give us the dates we wanted for this year.

Location

Calvary Chapel is at 20225 Cooley Road, Bend OR 97701.

The church is on Cooley Road, just west of Bend.  Take the 97 highway (going north or south) and take the exit to go west on highway 20 towards Sisters.  Cooley Road is the first intersection with a turn lane.  Go left on Cooley Road, you'll see the church on the left.
