Atheistic scientism doesn’t like this conclusion, but it is inescapable. This is what all of the evidence demands. Science [1] cannot tell us what happened “in the beginning,” but it admits there surely was a “beginning” to the universe. Matter cannot spontaneously arise from nothing, nor could “nothing” birth the universe. Everything that exists could have been created only by an eternal, self-existent, nonmaterial, and infinitely personal, intelligent Being. We call that Being, God.
