Jon, I'm thinking that only wholesale customers will be allowed to shop using the Drupal cart. We can either create a wholesale user type and tag them manually, or pull that data from RMS. The manual way is o.k. with me since there won't be that many.

The "manually" way is what is mostly done. There is a new permission "make purchases" that can be assigned to a role to allow purchases.
