Try this if you try to download the newsletter PDF but you can't view it:
- Make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
- Open Adobe Reader and select Edit/Preferences/Internet then deselect "Display PDF in Browser."
