Warner argues, “The existence, identity and activities of territorial spirits are particularly well known by those who live in or travel frequently to the Third World.” This is their opinion, but again it has no scriptural basis. Timothy M. Warner, professor in the School of World Mission and Evangelism at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a specialist in “spiritual warfare,” also relies upon experience rather than Scripture:
