Humanity has always had a fascination with fairy tales, myths, and legends. Paul spoke about those who were weak and thus susceptible to occult influences (1 Corinthians:8:6–13). Therefore, if certain types of fiction feed someone’s imagination, then it is better that they be avoided.

"For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol’s temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols?"

1 Corinthians:8:10
