My order has not arrived!

Question:

I got an email notification that my order was shipped almost two weeks ago, but it has not arrived!

Answer:

Please take a look at your shipping confirmation email.  If it shows that your order was shipped by "Media Mail" it could take up to four weeks for your order to be delivered.  We are in Oregon, we've seen some Media Mail packages going to California take 3-4 weeks!  Other packages to the East Coast sometimes take only one week.

Media Mail is our free shipping option in the U.S. Next time if you want faster shipping, please pay the $3 extra and we will ship it by Priority Mail or FedEx ground (our choice).
