Goal-seeking apparatus? How does Dawkins know that such an “apparatus” exists? What might that “apparatus” be? In what organ of the body or in what gene is it centered—in the ambitious part, perhaps? And where is that? And what letters in the DNA define it? Of course, he has no evidence that such an “apparatus” ever existed. This is wild speculation like most of what Dawkins pronounces so authoritatively. It is part of the shameless nonsense that has been the stock in trade of evolutionists from the very beginning, the guesses garnished with endless “perhapses . . . maybes . . .” etc.
