It is equally incomprehensible how anyone today could reject the overwhelming evidence and refuse to admit that the universe had to have a designer/creator. Of course, we see this in the beauty and orderliness of nature visible all around us, which, even Dawkins admits, brings an almost irresistible urge to worship whoever or “whatever” made it. Those parts of creation that are invisible to the human eye are even more astonishing. We will give many examples in other chapters, but having just mentioned “design,” let’s look at another aspect of it. The design of the human body, including, of course, the brain, clearly implies a designer. There could not be a designer who doesn’t have a purpose for his design. The purpose for a house is hardly complete until the house has been built, following the architect’s plans.
