Before pronouncing God’s last days’ blessing upon Israel, Moses had a final word of warning from God for the nations that would oppose and oppress her:

The language is vivid and terrifying. God is sharpening His sword of judgment. There will be a false peace that will deceive Israel. Then all nations will attack to destroy her. With Israel on the brink of annihilation, and after two-thirds of all Jews on earth have been killed (Zechariah:13:8-9 [8] And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
