Millions of people, including pagans in deepest demonic darkness and bondage, have come to Christ without anyone binding any spirits. The New Tribes Mission video, Delivered from the Power of Darkness, documents the conversion of the Taliabo. These were pagans on a remote island in Indonesia who were in bondage to demons. There was no binding of spirits by the missionaries and no “spiritual warfare” of the type currently being advocated. Instead, through the straightforward presentation of the gospel, these people were converted and completely delivered. Furthermore, the missionaries walked right into the idol temples and held their meetings there without giving the demons any attention!
