Pat Robertson is both a Southern Baptist and a leading charismatic. His biographer says, “While Southern Baptists do not openly endorse ‘charismatics,’ they have not shunned Robertson. In fact, Adrian Rogers, president of the Southern Baptist Convention, was the featured speaker at CBN’s 25^th anniversary.” Pat began the network with 70 dollars. He tells of the miracles God did to create a Christian TV empire, including the Family Channel network, with funds provided by tens of thousands of Christian donors.
