Perilous Times

Why is it more dangerous to walk down any inner city street in America than a remote jungle in Papua New Guinea?  Read II Timothy 3:1-7!  But that is true for any human being.  Why is it more dangerous for Christians . . . . for me?  Because of the pressure on me to be conformed into the world's lifestyle!  Because it is more dangerous for me as a Christian to become "covetous, boasters, proud," etc. than it is just to live with folks who are.

What is God’s answer to living in this Perilous Season?  

II Timothy 3:14-17 tells us plainly: "continue thou in . . . the holy Scriptures . . . given by inspiration of God" 

Or to put it succinctly, keep my nose in THE BOOK and live it!
