Shipping to the European Union

I ordered aprils package of dvds and when they arrived here i had to pay £15/$30, customs charge. This email is just to let you know if I had bought items under £18 $36 i would not have had to pay this [randsom] would it be possible for you to offer split packages for EU citizens?

Yes it is possible to split packages, but this is something you need to help us do. It is hard for us to keep track of shipping/customs regulations for all of the countries we send items to.

To make sure your order is split into separate boxes, just place multiple orders. Make sure the amount of your order "works" for your country, and be sure to add a comment to your order that tells us not to combine your orders. Please be aware this will significantly increase the amount of postage.
