Response: It is of no importance. I do not know precisely what that number means or the role it will play, but it is "the number of the beast [antichrist]" (Rv 13:17), and he is not in power today—so this could hardly be his mark. He can only be "revealed in his time" (2 Thes:2:6-8 [6] And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
