What Is Biblical Christianity All About?

The answer is both very simple and very clear from God’s Word. It has all to do with knowing and loving God. It’s made clear in the “first and great commandment”: “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind” (Matthew:22:37-38 [37] Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. [38] This is the first and great commandment.

Simple? Yes. Profound? Absolutely. It is also foundational to everything in the life of a believer in Jesus Christ. Yet who of us as followers of Jesus can make the claim that we truly love Him “with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind”?
